Re: How do you deal with poop?

Dunk and sish here until we get a sprayer
Dh put it in the bathrub and then complained because it was stuck in the drain
I kept telling him to use the toilet, but he wouldn't listen...

Re: How do you deal with poop?

Am I the only one that uses liners? DS usually poos in the first dipe of the day so I put a flushable liner in the first morning dipe and just peel it off into the toilet.

I love mine!

Hey that is a good idea, I might steal that. I don't have to worry about it getting put up, I am the only one that gets under the sink. Dh won't go there b/c that is where the cleaning supplies are

Right now I am using tp and getting off the chunks. But it is still messy

That's what I do too. DD always pooped at 9:30am. and I figured that one liner would save a bunch of TP I would otherwise use to wipe it...and still a whole heck of a lot better than a sposie. Of course she is getting 4 teeth now and poops are more of a surprise now
I have just been dumping the bulk of it in the toilet and then rinsing them in the big washtub thing in the laundry room. So far that's working ok...just looking forward to the day her poops go back to normal.

ITA!! I was too cheap to buy one b/c I didn't want dh to think it was going to cost that much more to use CDs but a client of his gave us a bunch of diapers and a few mos later gave us their mini-shower and OMG... I can't believe I did it any other way!?

Liners are a good option if your baby is predictable and a mini-shower is just NOT an option! We don't have a huge bathroom and it still only took dh less than 3 mins to install.

Amen sister! LOL. We use the liners too. I use the Biosoft brand.....I have tried several and I LOOOOOOVVVVEEE the Biosoft. It feels like a nice very thin piece of TP, but VERY soft and it works wonders for poo cleanup! Flushes great. I use them kind of all day unless I am too lazy, and that's when we always get the peanut-butter poo LOL Murphy's Law I guess!

Re: How do you deal with poop?

I dunk and scrub. But then again I don't have a problem with poop. If the poo will plop off, that's what I do. But if it won't, I'm not afraid to get my hands in the potty and scrub that poop off. I don't even use gloves. I just make sure I wash my hands really well afterward
