I am so glad to hear it. I can't believe that hospital pull that crap. My son never left me at all for the whole 2 days I was in the hospital and I only got checked twice. (I had nothing about any of this in my birth plan it just worked out that way) I will not be letting them take my child this time either there is no reason they can't do what they have to do with me there.

LOL! Well, my DH is pretty crunchy.
 I mean, he's a math/science guy with a computer degree and all, but he's all about cloth diapering, homebirthing, babywearing, breastfeeding, etc. Don't know what I'd do without him! I talked to the midwife for over an hour today, and she is absolutely wonderful. We've got our first appointment with her on Monday. She's got to have the CNM review/sign off on my records so that we CAN homebirth. That's really the only thing holding us back now, so hopefully that won't be a problem. I AM SO EXCITED!!! I've been grinning all day, and crying. lol. I'm just a regular ole' basketcase. to you all again and again!!!
