I made mine with flannel on one side and microfleece on the other. It's very soft. And they go in the wipes warmer or just dry with California Baby diaper area spray.

I had the same problem with DD too and Tangy's wipes were the best with that mystery material on the other side of the flannel. Her tush was not harmed by though
