I've got itchies and heartburn with ya! My doctor gave me a prescription for the acid, but I find milk works so much better.

Pepcid AC is your friend. My mw recommended it to me and boy has it made a HUGE difference.

I too can vouch for the Pepcid AC. This worked for me throughout my triplet pregnancy. It never ever failed me and I had heart burn so bad.

i wanted to add make sure your dr ok's whatever antacid you get

i still get bad heartburn at night and just take 2 tbsn of mylanta and its gone fast!

If you don't want to take any of the OTC medicines, cut back on sugars and breads and increase your proteins. I eat cheese and lunch meat roll ups now as well as quesadillas and hamburgers with no bun. It has helped tremendously.
