Arrow for the mamas who can feel the baby kick already~

have you noticed if your baby seems to be awake during certain hours of the day/night, or does it seem as though the baby is always awake or always asleep?

I thought my LO was like that for awhile. Never slept...lol. Now that it's closer to the time we meet, I can tell she sleeps sparadically (sp?) throughout the day. She sleeps for longer intervals at night, but not by much!

He is awake a lot of the day, surprisingly actually. I have never had a child this active in there. I am not sure what kind of sport he's gonna play but has to be football or soccor! LOL!! He is bouncing around right now!

It feels like she is ALWAYS awake in there!! DD #1 was never this active! I can tell there are periods of sleep, but definitely more awake then asleep.

I guess my guy does what he wants, lol. Some days it will seem like he is awake for hours, kicking all afternoon and into the evening. Other days he will be awake in the morning and then not much until later that night. It really varies though, no exact schedule, my dd was like this too.

When I first started feeling movement, there was a definite pattern (awake sometime around breakfast, lunch, and then again before bed) but now that I'm further along ... (I'm 32 weeks today!) ... I feel her pretty much on and off throughout the day and she's pretty calm overnight...or at least if she is moving through the night ~I~ don't know it.

I am def. seeing asleep/awake patterns ... have for many many weeks now (I am 31 weeks) ... he ALWAYS is awake around 9:30-12:30 (GREAT! LOL) Otherwise he always seems to wake up after I eat something, and he will often wake up if I drink a lot of water too ...

Mine has her own schedule. Some days she's up all day, some days she is quiet and scares the crap out of me (usually makes up for it the next day). She seems to be kind of on the mellow side, so it'll be interesting to see how her personality develops. My feisty-in-the-womb kiddos wind up feisty on the outside with their personalities, and my calm-quiet-in-the-womb kiddos wind up more mellow and gentle spirited on the outside, so we'll see.
