Sounds like you've tried this, but I've used it for years with great results. They say to wet the crystal, but like PP said, I prefer to wet my underarm. Also helps to have pretty well-shaven underarms... I have to re-apply daily, even if I don't shower.

sometimes I use a powder pouf thing...other times I can't find it---probably b/c my dd thinks it's fun to play with...

Most times I sprinkle it on. (I usually just puncture a few holes on the box & use it like that)

I have tried baking soda and it made my pits really red and itchy after using it for about 3 days.

I've tried all kinds of natural deo with no results but after reading this thread I decided to try baking soda - had never heard of that before.

It's been 2 days and I have NO STINK or SWEAT!!

Thanks for the great tip guys!

i switched the crystal (salt) deoderant about 7 years ago! I rarely sweat and if I do there is no smell!

once you switch to the crystal you have to use it everyday and be patient. It can take up to a year to clean out those pores that have been clogged with bacteria and commercial deoderant chemicals... one of the leading causes in breast cancer/tumors!

to use it you must run it under cold water for a couple seconds and apply it very well in the whole armpit. then wet it again and do the other side. i usually rub each side with the crystal for 5 seconds.

my friend switched to and she smells great to.

those natural deoderants may have "natural" oils/ingrediants but you are still putting a perfume onto your pores which clogs them allowing bacteria to grow...that is why we smell.

I like the deodorant by Avalon Organics. Mine is Lavender and I think it works really well, as a deodorant. Now If im really trying to avoid sweating then I useAdidas Cotten Tech Plus with 0% Aluminum, I imagine though that it is not all natural but atleast im not putting metal in my armpit.

I love Kiss My face liquid rock. Doesn't stop the sweating but does stop the smell! Our bodies need to sweat to release toxins.

I have the coco mango and love it. Her shipping can be high if you're just buying one so go ahead and get a few. You can always sell them on FSOT if you don't like it but belive me, you will.
