Re: Sleep Sharing questions

I chose other. Our setup (from left to right) is an At Arms Reach co-sleeper, Queen sized bed, and twin bed. The co-sleeper holds burp cloths and diapers.

Re: Sleep Sharing questions

I chose other. We have a queen that my husband and I share and a queen in the guest bedroom. We don't cosleep on the norm...or from night to night. Only time we do is when he is sick and waking up up 2-3 x in the night and we all need to get some sleep, and when that happens, I take him into the guest bedroom to sleep and leave DH in our room.

ETA ooopppss I chose we do not cosleep...I can't change my vote now. We don't cosleep as a family.

We just changed to a King size bed and I :love it! We were kinda squished in our Queen size bed, but we did make it work with our first three kiddos.

We have a queen and I totally wish it was a king (in fact, I am trying to convince DH to trade with my mom, she has a king size bed and it's just her). We were at a hotel with a king size bed and DD coslept with us and it was fantastic.

Re: Sleep Sharing questions

we have a King bed but do not co-sleep all night! We only co-sleep if he wakes up after papa goes to work! So a queen bed would work just fine for us too.

Re: Sleep Sharing questions

I voted king but we have the crib shoved up against the bed. So I guess we have a king+. He sleeps in the crib half the night and then joins us. Recently we put a bed rail on the crib and he seems to stay in there a little longer but is able to crawl over and join us whenever he wants. When you have a 32 lb toddler who likes to sleep sideways even a king can feel small.

We have a king and although it has happened we have had all 3 girls in bed with us, it isn't normal. We do usually have at least 1 a night. With the 3 girls and DH it is tight. With the 3 girls and me...it works. DH and I are also massively sized people...(he is 6'5'' I'm 6'1''...I'm chubby-ish and pregnant)

Re: Sleep Sharing questions

We have a queen that Dh, Dd, and myself sleep in (formerly Dh, Ds, and myself), and Ds sleeps in a side-carred crib...but *prefers* to sleep under my pillow. We would liked to get a king size bed and a twin sometime between now and the next kid...moved ds to the twin-probably still somewhere in our room, and move dd to the crib...but this likely won't happen for another a year or two.

Re: Sleep Sharing questions

We have a queen sized bed but, I would love to have a king. DS sleeps in his own bed but, if he has a bad dream he comes in our bed. He also comes in between 5:30 and 6:30 in the morning and sleeps a bit longer with us. We hardly have enough room so, a king sized bed would be so nice.

Re: Sleep Sharing questions

We have a queen, which houses myself, DF, and K (1yo, 25lbs). Some nights it seems tiny, but it usually works fine.
