With DS #1, I listened to Enya. DS #2, Christmas music (since it was December 5th and snowing outside our window). DD #3, Enya again, for awhile, but I turned it off to play cards and watch The Price Is Right while I had contractions (

). With DS #4, I watched a Josh Groban DVD for awhile. His music always makes me relax... just love him.

I put no because in all my other births I didn't have anything. I'll be darned if I'm having it like that this time. I'm taking my ipod in with my rock and country so I can focus on what my body is doing rather than being pissed about what everyone around me is NOT doing for me.

We listened to a group called Cyber Chump, they are awesome!! We listened to it for a whole week straight....at the hospital than at home

DS still loves to listen to it

I'm actually having a c-section. With my first, the c-s was early in the AM and the OR was silent. With my second, it was the afternoon, and there was some U2 playing. I don't remember which song it was. I don't really care if it's U2 again (although this is a different hospital), but living in a small town makes me concerned that if it's not quiet, they'll have some sort of really bad country playing that will irritate me.

I'm going to try to get them to let me play my own music. If not, I'd actually rather have it quiet so I can think. They had it pretty loud with DD #2.

DH recorded some piano and clarinet music for me. It was awesome.
