My Brestfriend is really well made. They make a good point that it is only for breastfeeding and not for positioning a baby to help them learn to sit, but as a result it is really well shaped for breastfeeding.

My sister got me mine. She works in a NICU and they have a few like this (but a hospital grade material to clean, etc) and the moms always like them and complain about the regular breastfeeding cushions because you have one hand for your breast, on to position baby's head and when the pillow starts to slide you're stuffed (hehehe).

Sure others have said, but the My Brestfriend has a flat top and even a little bump where baby's head tends to lean.
