I have them too, and it scares me with the what if this is not BH. plus the baby likes to go way up into my ribcage and press down on my diaphram to where i can not breathe at all, that scares the crap out of me it hurts soo bad.

I only noticed them recently for me. They are more annoying to me than hurting though. The foot in the ribcage hurts the worst though.

Yes mine were painful and I had them for the last couple of months of my pregnancy and mine didn't stop when I changed activity but were BH
