Diaper Swappers

Ok on wednesdays I usually pick DH from work and head straight into town for church, because he doesn't have enough time to come home. I usually make sandwiches or we stop by and pick something up and eat it in the car or stop off at the park and eat.

Sooo.. I was trying to think of something I could make that is pretty portable. Any ideas mamas?

chicken salad (or tuna) sandwiches w/potato chips, cold veggies w/ranch dressing dip and cupcakes or muffins for dessert
