Swaddlebees fit issue *PICS ADDED* pls look!

Please help!

We love love love our Swaddlebees front aplix....they are the only dipes he really crawls, moves in, etc.

But I cant stop the front velcro strip from rolling inward and rubbing on his belly!!! No matter how I stuff it, or fasten it, that long strip that goes across the front of the dipe rolls inward and pushes on his belly!

it doesnt really seem to bother him, but it really bothers me.

is there a trick I dont know??

Hmmm, I don't know. I have a bunch of swaddlebees and haven't had a problem. But Hazel has a huge tummy, I don't think anything can roll in to it. Maybe you have the wrong size? Or the rise doesn't fit him right.

The mediums still fit right now. i tried larges, and they gaped at the legs, and were a little gapey at thewaist. so mediums it is. and truly, theylook like they fit great! loading some pics...its hard to see the belly, since he's always crawling...

but all the time they are rolling inward and the edge of the velcro is pushing on his belly....

I think these fit perfect? Any ideas??

Looks good to me. Sorry I can't help you. Maybe try a little looser, so he has room when he is crawling around?

I have the same prob, and for that reason I think I might prefer side-snapping SBs. Too bad b/c I like having some aplix dipes...

Re: Swaddlebees fit issue *PICS ADDED* pls look!

Sometimes I have this issue with them also. I love the aplix though and I find that if I stuff more up in the front to push it out, it can help. I think the problem is that the rise is just a tad too short and falls in an area of the belly that tends to get bent over. My VB M/L aplix dipes don't have the rubbing issue, so that's what leads me to believe it's the rise.

you know what's even worse?? he just figured out how to undo the aplix.

I am in the midst of moving to larges, and we already have 2 ss and 2 aplix. Guess I'll have to sell the aplix and go to all SS. ~Sigh~

I really hate this. I appreciate all your help!
