First cd blowout

After nearly 4 months of exclusive cd-ing, we had our first explosion this morning. Ok, so it wasn't that bad. I was prepared for this one. Last night I put DD in her BG (my nighttime diaper of choice) and made sure her legs were securely in there. Knowly that my very regular girl had not pooped all day, I knew I was in for it in the morning. Sure enough, right when she woke up she decided it was time to empty. I at first thought the BG held it all in like usual. But alas no, and I had to pretreat her pjs before they got tossed in the wash. But all in all, for a diaper that held up for 11 hours and then finally had a major poop by the 11th hour, I give it a thumbs up! I know if I had any other diaper on her, it would not have held up as good as my BG did And of course to clean up this lovely mess, Tangy's wipes did a wonderful job

Ive never tried a bg and you might have just sold me!! Lol Im so glad your diaper held as much as it could before blowing, a sposie would have been much worse...

It even further convinced my DH to sell off the small FBs that she's growing out of to buy some BG colors Then again I was going to do that anyway once she was too big for her smalls
