I really like that my DD loves puzzles but...

she's only 13 months, so it's a lot of work for me she spends hours taking the pieces out of all of our puzzles (we have about 10 just in the livingroom) rearranging them, trying to fit some in, and then she gets frustrated that she can't make them fit so I have to clean them ALL up - read put the puzzles together- and then redirect her I look forward to her advancing puzzle skills

I bet it won't take her very long to master those puzzles. My DD was figuring out number and alphabet puzzles around the age 15 months. It just took her a few days of working on each one to get them right.

You'd probably be doing yourself and your DD a huge favor if you put out only one age-appropriate puzzle for her to work (something with three pieces and chunky knobs would be great). There's nothing to be gained from her frustration, too many pieces all over, and your picking them up/putting them away.

Kaite, that's true and she does have those in her room- but my 3.5 yo DS likes his puzzles in the livingroom where we spend more time, so I don't wanna takes his puzzles away- KWIM? And there are some great "beginer" M&D puzzles down here for her too
