OMG it tastes AWFUL! Can I put it in something, or will that make it less effective?

Definitely put it in something!! I found one or two ounces of diet coke (my drink of choice) is enough to cover the flavor so I can manage to get it down.

NOPE, it won't lessen the effectiveness if you take it with something else.

Thank goodness! While we're at it, are there any drinks I should avoid while trying to RL? I know alcohol is one of them, and I think coffee is another...which sucks because I"m useless without my java Is there anything else?

Is it with or without alcohol? I found More Milk Plus Alcohol Free to taste a bit better than the alcohol kind!
I actually would put it in my mother's milk tea and it was pretty well hidden.

The other thought is to take the dose and have a Hershey's Kiss after. When I had to take medicine as a kid that I didn't like my mom always gave me a Kiss after.

I put it in 2 oz of OJ or grape juice. It just tastes like bad cough syrup then. They say not to drink more than 2 oz of fluids within 20 minutes of taking it to help increase its absorption in your system.
