Cereal, yogurt, english muffins, cottage cheese, fruit. I love fixing a crock pot full of oatmeal the night before and it's ready to dish out in the morning.

I make a huge batch of waffles on the weekend, and then freeze them. Pop them in the microwave or toaster like you would store bought ones- good to go.

I bake cakes or muffins and then give it to children for a breakfast. Or just a boiled egg and a sandwich If I don't have anything baked.

I wish I could bake, but as I can't for not eating cereals only I sometimes make wholegrain sandwiches with lettuce and tomatoes.

I try to make porridge as often as I can as I read this is the most healthy breakfast. I usually add berries to it.

Porridge is always a hit! I also like chia pudding because I can make it quickly the night before and it's good to go. Muffins, yogurt, applesauce, green smoothies, fruit and nut butter, toast with nut butter or avocado. We sometimes do a "breakfast parfait" which the kids assemble themselves - stacking leftover porridge, yogurt, fruit, whatever else. It's messy but fun.
