I'm making crockpot Chicken Azteca {from the crockpot thread on here} and serving it with brown rice and tortillas YUM! I'm thinking of making a peach cobbler or a pie to go with it too.....depends on if the kiddos let me! LOL

Today's dinner came courtesy of the kids. They both have afterschool cooking club on a wednesday so we always get double portions and today they made salmon fish cakes.

We're having cream of chicken, chicken. Also, corn and pineapple (plus, some cottage cheese for me).

Dessert will probably be popsicles.

Chicken parmesan with spaghetti noodles, green salad and cucumber salad. It was very yummy!

Spicy fried chicken 'n rice

Dredge thawed chicken breast (or whatever) thru
Mae Ploy & flour and then fry in a little oil in your fry pan

Roasted pork loin,roasted butternut squash,scalloped potatoes (new recipe...we'll see),green beans,rolls and nanner pudding for desert! My house smells SO good right now!

We had pork chops on the grill, loaded potato salad (yuuuummmoo!), cauliflower, and romain salad. It was sooo yummy! MIL loved the potato salad, she probably ate 4 servings just by herself

ETA: The potato salad is even amazing the next day warmed up!
