Chicken in wine sauce from Paula Dean. Maybe some flavored rice. Need to find a recipe. I think someone posted a recipe on here. Just need to go find it. Some kind of vegetable too.

Roasted chicken leg quarters with a lentil and potato stew, I hope it turns out ok because this is the first time I've made it.

I'm cooking some ground beef then adding beef rice and some mixed veggies and for dessert-fudge brownies I'm not much into the mood to cook but I'm going to anyways.

Microwave cooked ratatouille here.

Just some chopped onion, garlic and peppers nuked for about 5 minutes in a casserole dish. Add some diced aubergine, nuke for 5. Add chopped tomatoes and herbs and a bit of cheese topping, nuke for another 5.

Even DD2 who casually ignores any vegetables placed in front of her eats it all up with cries of 'yay! tooey-tooey'
