It's "clean out the fridge" night at our house.

Homemade burritos, spanish rice, and brownies for dessert.

I had 2 warm brownies and some milk The kids had leftover mashed potatoes and green beans and peanut butter sandwiches (was supposed to be pork chops but they asked for PB&J)

When DH gets home we'll probably polish off the leftover pork chops and broccoli casserole.

I'm eating Salt N Vinegar chips for dinner but we had Chic-Fill-A earlier

We had smoked tofu paella- smoked tofu, broccoli, carrot, baby corn, rice, etc.
And cookies...

that sounds good! wonder if itd be easy to make 1 handed i havent cooked since i injured my hand and am going to attempt it tonight. lord help me

might make pan fried pork chops, oven baked baked potatoes and steamed brocc or might make homemade burrito's. these look yummy:

yup and good too! i used this recipe: http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Slow-Cooker-Lasagna but used bottled spag. sauce instead of the tomato paste and tom sauce. i also used ricotta instead of cottage cheese, the spice garlic instead of fresh bc i didnt have fresh and i didn't use no cook noodles-i used regular lasagna noodles.
