I've been looking at all the pics of yall bf'ing and they are so lovely. Before then, I had never considered taking a bf'ing pic. Well, tonight me and Ashton had our very own photo shoot! I'm so proud! I actually really like them! DH is going to think I'm nuts! He's so modest!

I just emailed the pics to my mom. I explained to her over the phone the what and why and I'm sure she thinks I'm silly, but she still wanted to see them. My family can be so conservative, I think I wierd them out sometimes with all my waterbirth, organic, ebf talk!

My family is the same way. They just don't understand why I'm so big into organic, cloth diapering, breastfeeding and all the other "crunchy" stuff. I'm so sick of the "oh, I did it this way and you're alive" Yeah, I'm alive, but think of how much longer I might have lived if the first 20 years of my life was different, KWIM? I think that's great, I am thrilled that I have a couple of pics of my dd nursing now. I'm glad you got some of you nursing. It is a very big and important part of your baby's first years.

so sweet! I ran across some pics of me nursing my niw 4 yo (he was 6 mos at the time) I am so glad I had them done!

Very sweet pictures. I can't wait until my FIL gets down here to see his new grand daughter. He's a photographer and took some amazing pics of me BFing dd#1. I want some more of this little booger...she's a chunk and always nursing so it shouldn't be hard to get a good shot of her.

I love your pics...they turned out nicely. I love the ones where he's lying on his side and latched on with his eyes closed. I've got one like that of #1 (Taylor) framed and hanging in her room. It's funny to see the visitors' reactions when they figure out what they're looking at...."Here's Taylor's room...and there's my boob..." LOL!
