Thumbs down Getting my money back from an online company?

I bought 2 pairs of knitting needles from Yarn and Fiber Co (2 separate orders). On one of them, I got an email saying it was backordered, so I called and cancelled the order. I also replied to the email to confirm cancellation. I have received NO communication from this company, and they haven't refunded my PP payment either. I emailed them again today to request a refund, and no response yet.

What can I do? How much longer should I wait? I ordered them on Aug 28 and cancelled the order on Aug 29, which was 8 days ago. I would have expected my refund by now.

Is there a phone number anywhere on the site? I would give it no more than 2 more days...(the holiday may have slowed the progress) if you still hear nothing file with PP.
