Biz website link in signature allowed?

My dh and I just started a website that sells children's clothing. He's the artist who designs the shirts and I handle the customers/e-mails so I can work from home (got a new babe and a 4-year-old). I see some people posting their website link in their signatures. Am I allowed to do that? I changed my signature already, but I'm not posting yet (except for this post of course LOL) as I want to make sure it's allowed before I continue.

Thank you,

Carolyn
