I bled after my D&C (was 11 weeks pregnant when we discovered no heartbeat) just for a few days. I got a period exactly a month later.
We started having sex immediately after my bleeding from surgery stopped. I wanted to because I wanted to get pregnant as soon as possible. Doc gave us the go ahead since I had a blighted ovum and didn't truly "miscarry" but he said our odds of conceiving in the first 3 months were slim. We didn't get pregnant until 9-10 months later.
