It's in the upper right hand corner of the window. Says ABC and has a blue checkmark.

You will have to download software to be able to use it. I did it with a DSL connection and it was super quick.

Look down at the bottom of this page at the Quick Reply box. It has one on the upper right corner of it.

I don't see it either. Maybe it only shows if you already have it downloaded? Do you know where to download it?
