PM quotas

Ok, sorry my title wasnt descriptive, but I can only fit so much there.

ANYWAY

I find that lately Im having to dump (after saving) all my PMs sooo often, even with the increase to 200, having sent messages counting towards the total is driving me nuts. The XML, CSV or Text dump really isn't helpful for finding specific messages, so Ive stopped doing it and started saving the email notifications. (which have the username and message in them)

My point is.. Im wondering if there is a way to have certain membergroups get more PM space.. I know on a couple other forums Im on/run, after so many posts members get moved to a group automatically that gives them more PM space.. and one I run if they want it immediately they can pay a subscription fee until they are eligible for that group, etc, etc..

I hope this makes some sense.. would there be a way to purchase a subscription for more PM space.. or after X amount of posts you get a little more?

GOOD IDEA!

I hate dumping PMs... but if you've got your fingers in a lot of pies, PM's add up.

Exactly! After a day or two of a sale, I have 150.. and when Im exchanging PMs with friends (like you ) they add up fast, especially when Im saving sent PMs. (Cos I do forget what I said sometimes and need the reminder )

Of course, this is coming from the girl that has all her email back to 2005. Everything from 2000 - 2004 is archived
