What can I do with powdered stevia?
I bought a 1 lb. bag of this through the buying club I operate thinking we could use this to sweeten coffee or tea, but it is nasty because it doesn't dissolve well in either and just tastes horrible! Anything else I can use this in? I hate to waste the whole bag!

Re: What can I do with powdered stevia?
I used it in koolaid as long as I used some regular sugar too it worked fine (1/3 - 1/4 of the regular amount of sugar called for and the rest stevia) also my mom has used it in baking.. cookies, bars, etc.. the key I think was to substitute only SOME of the regular sugar.. not all..
HTH!! Cindy
