I am surprised at how late some get up!

Both my kids go to bed at 9:30pm (of course they dont go to sleep right away, they like to "talk" to each other for a short time first lol) and they both get up between 8:45-9am

DS is somewhat active starting at 6:30/7, but we don't get up for the day till 8/8:30 usually.
