My AIO's are pretty trim and do well for light to moderate wetters over night. For my super soaker, I tryfold a mcro terry and put it under the soaker and so it is still really trim and she is bone dry in the am.

Dream-Eze...very trim and absorbant, especially if you have a moderate wetter. I would highly recommend one!
