Real Quick: Making a doll sling out of fabric?
I have a piece of fabric here and I want to use it to make a quick little sling for my daughter to carry her teddy bear in. I am a complete novice to baby wearing, just now exploring it for our baby coming in March, but I'd love to tie this into a simple carrier for her to use today. We are going to the OB's office and they are all just so intrigued by the fact that she uses my dappi dipes to diaper her bear-and does a good job! I think they'll flip when she walks in with Baby Bear in a carrier, lol. Any ideas? Tutorials? Help!

Re: Real Quick: Making a doll sling out of fabric?
you can make a pouch sling REALLY easily if you cut off the bottom of a T shirt that is a bit to large for her.
or sew one http://www.sleepingbaby.net/jan/Baby/pouch.html |

Made the sewn one in the pp, and just cheated to make it a little easier, it's not as pretty but completely functional.
