I really need to get this custom spot on Wed. I have never used Hyena cart and have no idea how to do it. Could be the most important diaper I ever get dd. Any tricks?

The time that I won mine, I went to her site a few minutes before stocking and it was there

#1 big tip - make sure you're signed in - i've done that a few times

#2 F5 = "Refresh"

#3 I usually stay on the main page of the site until the clock at the top gets to w/in a minute of the stocking time, then i open up the item itself, scroll down to area where i think the button will appear and start using F5.

#4 for really in demand stuff having a fast connection and using a browser like firefox that uses tabs is supposed to help too....
