Re: which dipe is best for overnight??? (heavy wetter)
I typically use either:
a windpro fleece GAD stuffed with a SEZ nighttime insert and a CD microfiber insert, or a VBSN bionic version (made by Trista) with a Loveybums interlock wool cover. Either one works great. I find that he can usually go a little longer in the VBSN/wool combo. If I had a thicker wool soaker I'd use it, but I'm new to wool, so... |

Re: which dipe is best for overnight??? (heavy wetter)
I have a heavy wetter too. Fitteds or PFs w/hemp doublers added, covered with nightworthy wool or fleece are the only thing that I'm absolutely guaranteed no leaks with

Re: which dipe is best for overnight??? (heavy wetter)
I'm gonna level with ya....my DS is the heaviest wetter around...lol! The only thing that will hold him through his wettest nights is a FB stuffed with a prefold around a trifolded microfiber towel and then a crat on top of that!!! He has SID and at 15 months he was drinking 1 gal of milk in 14 hours and no solids so all that liquid had to go somewhere! He's doing better now, but at that point, that was the system we had to use!

Quote:
Another Mom of a supersoaker DD, new to CD. What would qualify as a "nightworthy wool"? I have a used loveybums cover, but I think it is a little small for nighttime use, that, or the original owner shrank it a little.

Re: which dipe is best for overnight??? (heavy wetter)
I've tried various wool covers for nighttime and the best for us is Aristocrats.

A bamboozle with 8 extra layers of hemp fleece under the bamboo doubler with wool on top.
