Help me kool-aid dye my wool

So I know it can be done but how? I can't find the links I want by searching for kool-aid. I wanna dye some of my wool wraps but I don't know the exact process. I use dylon on my prefolds so I'm used to dyeing those but need some kool-aid help for my wool. Also, I got a wool wrap off FSOT but it's bleeding. How do I get it to quit bleeding? I don't know what was used to dye it. I think soak in vinegar but how much? how long? etc.?

any help would be great. I want some colors in my woolie stash.

I am brand new to CD'ing, and I would like to learn how to dye my PF's when they come in. I can't help you with the kool-aid dye, but I'd like to learn how to dye the PF's. How do you do that, and do you do the cool tie dyes?

Ooooh, there was a fantastic tutorial for doing Dylon dying with prefolds sometime last week. I'm sure if you ddo a search you'll be a ble to find it. Let me do a quick lookie-loo and I'll be right back!

Heh. I'm searching, too. I can't find much though. I'm pretty new to DS. I am expecting my first batch of PF's in a few weeks (haven't ordered them yet), and I wanna dye them and have them all pretty for when the baby's born. I'm due in January so I have plenty of time, but I wanna make sure I work out all the kinks beforehand.

Shawnah - thanks! That's the one I was looking for but couldn't find. How's that little girl doing in there?

Your welcome!! I love that thread.. I just had to try it out and ended up with a beautiful coral colored aristocrat. She is baking up nicely.. Only a few more weeks to go it just is going soo quickly! I bet your little one is growing like a weed. Thanks for asking
