PUL should be dry pailed, I have heard it is OK to rinse it, but it should not sit soaking wet for any long period of time. I have never researched it, perhaps one of the long time diaper wahms could fill us in why, I don't know if it breaks down the fibers or causes mold or what? Sorry, I am just going by what I have read about other PUL dipes, so that is what I recommend for mine. It is one of the few things I did not research, sorry.
