Tell me about ME OS

I've tried one and just got some more today... I'm thinking about clearing out a lot of our fitteds and just going with them -- But I want to know more. Do you think they really go from 8 - 35 lbs? Do you think they are really absorbant? Give me your opinions please!!!

Re: Tell me about ME OS

We started out with all one size diapers since I have two in diapers. We were using Wonderoos at the time and the adjustable rise snaps always left marks on their inner thighs. Since then we have stayed away from one size diapers & snaps for that reason.

I haven't cloth diapered a newborn but I do own one and honestly I believe they'd be very bulky on a newborn which is why some people suggest going with the xs sandy's in the nb stage.

Some rant that it is not very absorbant but I found it to be pretty absorbant.

I have one for sale on FSOT if any of you are interested you can PM me.

I have one and it fits my 32 lb chunk with room to grow. I've found it to be very absorbant, but I always use it with the snap in liner. HTH!

I really like them -- they are the only fitted that doesn't leave red marks on my super chubby thighed boy. They seem to be about as absorbent as a prefold. I just wish they took paypal at ME.

Re: Tell me about ME OS

Wow, this is my favorite dipe. We have one regular OS and one of the stay-dry. Honestly, I like the OS better than the staydry. I don't notice the stay-dry keeping my dd much drier, so I don't think it's worth the extra money.

I didn't order the OS until dd was 8 or 9 months at which time it fit great and still does. I've already decided with the next baby, I will probably order newborn dipesfor at first (as I think the OS might be too big for a newborn) and then go with all ME after that.

Oh, another plus to these dipes is they dry faster than my prefolds. For us, the absorbancy is fine, but I change dd a lot.

Also, the ME air-flow cover is my favorite cover- next to wool.

HTH
