Embroidered Mutts?

I've only had the serged style mutts and I'm thinking of getting an embroidered one which will be turned and topstitched. How does the fit compare? Do you notice a difference?

My embroidered is serged. Is the T&T a new way of doing it? BTW I love my MUTT!

Hmmmm...I always saw the embroidered ones on HC in the T&T style. Maybe I can pick then?

Re: Embroidered Mutts?

I have both, but haven't tried them yet. They are still drying. So, I'm no help, am I?

I'll let you know, but I'm sure that someone else will have an answer for you soon!

Re: Embroidered Mutts?

i have an embroidered t and t dipe and some serged dipes. i haven't had them long, but i'm a fan of both. haven't noticed a ton of difference in function, but i'm a big fan of t and t dipes b/c no red marks. i like both styles of mutts though. i sorta think that with the t and t dipes, you can see if you have it snug around the legs, b/c any gap will be more visible. with the serged dipes, the frills (for lack of a better word) tend to mask the gap, and you find out later that you needed to go one snap smaller.

Come back when you have more info! Hehe Did you order them custom? I don't see a spot where you place custom orders to indicate the style, serged/T&T or side/front snap?

I've found that the T&T fit a lot smaller than the serged. DD is on a bigger snap setting in the T&T than on the serged. She's going to outgrow them soon if she keeps growing as she has been.. but she has plenty of room left in the serged ones.

That's exactly what I needed to know. I want it to fit him for a long time. Thanks!
