What are the dipes made out of? Hemp, sherpa, velour? I've looked at them but am curious to hear if they work for night, or are just daytime fitteds.

i would say that for us they are great daytime fitteds. i probably wouldn't use them at night - but i probably could since dd's frequently dry at night these days.

anyway, she uses a variety of materials. mainly they are knit/flannel/woven outers (although i have seen an all hemp one before). inners include velour, french terry, cotton fleece, sherpa, etc. she does have some organic options sometimes.

I love my pattynaps. They are so nice, but definitely day time only for us. I think she opens for customs every few weeks. You should get on her mailing list to find out when.
