I believe how it works is you get 3 negative feedbacks within a certain amount of time and you are banned for 6 months (?), then you are allowed to come back.

Which is probably why the mods aren't doing anything, b/c the member was banned for her specified amount of time, and is now allowed back.

it could also be that mods who CAN do something (not all mods can ban, i dont know how the modding works on here, but i used to mod another board, and only certain people, called G-Mods, could ban, delete posts, etc. Plus, we could only do those things in our own sections)... SOOO the mods who COULD do something, might not be around, ya know? Could be a mama out doing halloween stuff, ya know?

I'll add a vote for ban the scammer for good. It's not fair to those of us who are honest and a little too trusting. I understand there's a lot of people on this forum to babysit every single person, but when there's an outcry from a good portion of the users perhaps it might be time to step up and do something??

Probably b/c there is nothing they can do at this point since the member in question served her time (3 month ban) and is now allowed back, and from what I've read the diapers she's giving FFS are not the ones that scammed members paid for.

Still doesn't make it right....but those are the rules.

We don't intentionally blow anything off.....think how crazy it is for one member to be in one transaction with one other person and have it go wrong. Now think about admin/mods being involved in everyone elses transactions that go wrong....it gets overwhelming at times. PM me if you still have issues and I'll definitely look into it, maybe we made a bad decision before (we're human...it happens).
