Help! We have poo!

DD missed the fleece liner, and now her new pretty fairy minky has turned brown! Right now I have it soaking in the toilet. Can I treat it with Oxyclean stain remover? Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

I usually just rinse in cold water, put some stain remover (I use vanish, but I think oxyclean will do just as well) I don't use fleece liners at all and don't have any stains.

We use Shout and it works fantastic on poop. Fels Naptha works great too, but you have to actually scrub that into the diaper and that can be gross sometimes.

Minky, for us anyway, has been totally stain-proof I don't even bother using a fleece liner with it anymore (sort of defeats the purpose of the minky-ness kwim?). I do a cold rinse first and I never have stains

Re: Help! We have poo!

Thanks for the info. This is only our 3rd day of cloth. The last time we had poo she just got a little on the edges of the inner, but most of it was on the fleece. I just swished in the toilet and it came out in the wash. This one got ALOT on the dipe, so I got a little worried.

One other question....when you swish in the toilet, is there something you use to swish with, or just your hand. DH thought that was gross and informed me that he was no longer doing diaper duty.

its no more gross than cleaning the toilet for me. I just use my hand, its not as if my hand goes right in there or anything
