Re: Am I the only crazy mama that washes EVERYDAY

I washed every day when I had two in diapers. I have enough dipes to go longer, but I only like to wash 18-24 dipes in a load. And who wants to store several loads of dirty diapers?

I had the same thought. Please explain it to me.

Im a bit confused. Why would you let them set with pee or poo in them? I mean sure they arent "clean". But they are rinsed BEFORE going into the pail. And no, we dont wash daily. We used to when we did not have a sufficient stash. Now we wash every other day.

She didnt say anything about sposies though...?

If you are washing with a low water level based on load size, Have a HE washer/dryer AND are using little detergent & It is Energy eficient, then it is equal to washing a Large load all at once, IMO.

I agree. I worry about staining, too. I am almost obsessive about preventing stains, and I feel like the sooner I wash, the less treatment I have to do later.

I wash every day, but I only have so many CDs and two kids in them. The longest I can go is a day and a half, but then I have to throw them in the dryer. I'd rather hang them inside overnight than throw them in the dryer.

I wash every other day. That is how long it takes to get a load. If I had more than 1 in diapers I would have to do them daily. I have an he machine. I also don't have a problem with smelly diapers. Theresa

Re: Am I the only crazy mama that washes EVERYDAY

I wash about every 3rd day, I try to do it super early so I can line dry. But if I have several poopy dipes I will wash sooner, though. Yes, I rinse before I store, but the thought and smell still

Me too. I have a sprayer and spray them off and squeeze out the excess water and put them in the hanging bag. I wash every few days, once it's full. LOL I have too many kids to wash everyday! LOL
