The first pic is short rows. No explanation for the rest, though!

Yeah, those are definitely some knitting flaws there and look as though the knitter is pretty inexperienced. I would definitely contact her as those are not first quality.

I agree, short rows and grafting holes. Dropped stitches in stockinette stich would pull all the way down and leave a whole line of stitches [v's] undone. Not a terrible job IMO, I have seen worse, but not perfect either...

Holy smokes! I've knit exactly 3 pairs of longies and about a dozen hats (LOL!) and my knitting is sooooo much better than that (and still not good enough that I'd feel comfortable selling it!). Yikes!

Short rows are tricky, but if a knitter doesn't know what they're doing, they shouldn't be selling their wares

they kind of look like she joined new yearn but didn't weave the ends in correctly. I've bought knits from a bunch of mommas and have never seen flaws like that.

That looks like poor stitching and seaming to me. I am a novice knitter and my short rows and increases never show up. I don't think anybody should be charging for that quality of knitting. (I only knit for myself, no selling). If she admitted to you that she made a few mistakes, she should have taken some money off for you.
