It's good for a few months, longer in a deep freezer.

I've heard repeatedly that 6 months is it....no matter how it's been frozen.

vickie- Nope. Its 6-12 mos. depending on the temp. & the frequency the freezer is opened. (The cold air escapes & the temp. fluxuates when its in frequent use)

I had to throw away almost a freezer full (I had a major oversupply) because ds wouldn't drink it, dd didn't and still won't take a bottle, and I couldn't donate it because I had taken zoloft at the time I pumped all that milk out. It still makes me sick to my stomach.

I haven't read all the replies so I hope I'm not repeating. I think you should use it for cooking or put it in your kids' cereal. Don't throw it out! Its probably just fine!
