I want one so badly, but they are SO expensive! I'm not sure I can justify the cost. Well I can, it would pay itself off, but just forking out that much for it freaks me out lol!

My MIL had one, to be honest it didn't seem worth it, nothing ever seemed to get very big, she only used it to grow herbs though, so that could be misleading.

Re: AeroGarden??

They're fine for growing herbs but really not big enough for growing veggies. And way too expensive for what you get...which is essentially just a fluorescent grow light, a plastic water reservoir, and a simple pump. You could make something similar (but larger and more useful) from stuff you can buy at any garden center for about $40.

Re: AeroGarden??

I have one if someone would like to buy it. My mom used it and then moved and gave it to me. She used it for one round of herbs. She liked it cause she lived in an apt. and it allowed her to have fresh herbs right there for cooking and such. I am not going to use it. Pm if anyone is interested. I have the orinignal box to mail it in.
