I don't know exact prices, but my best friend used a diaper service for awhile. She had to buy her own wraps (the service did sell them, even used ones) and I'm not sure how many prefolds she went through in one week, but she said it cost about the same amount as a pack of disposables~about $17 per week.

We used Tidee Didee with DD. It cost around $17 a week for a newborn (70ish diapers/week) and we had to buy our own covers. They launder other things too, which might make it more economical for the company.
