Sausage and cheese balls
1lb sausage
10 oz cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 cups of Bisquick

Mix all ingredients together really well and roll into 1 inch balls, bake at 350 until golden brown.

Broccoli and cheese casserole
2 packages of frozen broccoli (or enough to fill your dish)
1 small bottle of cheese wiz
crushed ritz crackers
1 can of cream of broccoli soup
2 tbsp of butter

Thaw broccoli in microwave and pour into dish. Heat cheese wiz in microwave for 60 seconds, pour into bowl and mix with soup. Pour soup and cheese over broccoli in dish (don't need to stir). Crumble crackers over the top and cut up butter and randomly put on top. Bake at 250 for about 30 minutes covered with foil, then another 10 uncovered.
