Your little cutie is 6 days younger than my guy btw.
I don't know anyone irl that breastfeeds and yours is the first ref I've seen to the nursing dance except my DS now kicks me in the thighs.

All the time! I just know because if I hadn't my boobs would be exploding since she nurses so frequently.

This morning actually... DS was nursing on my left side as we were laying down. I woke up and he had unlatched.... then when I woke up next he was latched on again I didn't even notice...but was so proud that he figured it out!

Yeah!
At night, I get in the reclining rocker and nurse her while I snooze. Well, some nights, I'll put her on the right, and wake up and she's on the left. I guess I switch her, but I don't remember it at all!

I typically find the nursing dance adorable except for this week since I just had surgery, those belly kicks aren't exactly helping my recovery. A pillow helps some though.

Re: Have you ever NOT remembered a nursing session?

Pretty much every night I remember how many times DD wakes up (did with DS too). But when I started taking Ambien for severe insomnia, my first night taking it, I slept through the night! But it was obvious DD didn't because she was sleeping next to me in bed (we side-car) and my bra was pulled down on both sides. I was shocked to say the least since I had NO memory of it but was told that is normal for the 1st week or 2 of taking it. I don't take it now because I have no problems sleeping.
