rec for good, long baby gate

I need to block off an expanse of about 6 1/2 feet. I do NOT want a pressure-mounted gate, but DO want one that screws into the wall. This is a straight expanse. Putting a gate up there will block off the laundry room, back door, garage door, and basement door, so I really want to get something good!

Any suggestions? If it helps, this is a carpeted area, and we can mount the gate into the sides of two door frames, so I know there is a good anchor.

I'd love to hear your pros and cons and suggestions. Thanks!

I was going to recommend this gate, which is what we have, but it looks like it wouldn't be quite wide enough. It is a great gate, though.
