lanolizing wool

Does anyone have any directions on how to Lanolize wool covers? I don't think I'm doing it right.

Depends a bit on what your using to lanolize with but here is one way. Take a bowl of very hot water. Add in a 1/4 inch or so of lanolin and a drop or two of baby shampoo. Wisk until everything desolves and then soak your wool for about 10-20min. The roll in a towel to get all the moisture out and hang to dry.
