Re: Does coffee decrease supply?

Never been a problem for me. In fact I have had the opposite problem with over supply and I drink 1-2 cups a day. Sometime 3 if we go out somewhere.

Try incorporating oatmeal into your diet and make sure you stay hydrated.

Re: Does coffee decrease supply?

Thanks for all the replies! I drink 1 or 2 cups a day, while eating my oatmeal in the morning. I drink water the rest of the day and I know for sure I'm not pregnant,, maybe it has something to do with the tandem nursing?

Re: Does coffee decrease supply?

Are you getting enough calories & vitmans? enough rest? those can effect output. Do you see a wet diaper increase with the herb supplementant? If yes stay on the herbs!

Re: Does coffee decrease supply?

oh have you tried decaf coffee? maybe your sensitive to the caffine? I found out through food testing I was actually allergic to caffinated cofee, but can handle decaf. so I switched to tea
