Why is it that when I have paypal burning a hole in my pocket, I can find nothing I want? But when I don't have money, all the dipes I want are for sale?

I've been feeling this way recently... But actually it's kinda a relief when you do get the feeling that there's nothing you HAVE to have, but you have the money when you find it.
