shorter rise pockets?

As DD grows her Fb's seem to get saggier in the crotch..I made my own pattern a few months ago and mine fit her great, except that I sold my snap press ages ago so had to use aplix and she has been yanking them off...mine are a much shorter rise than the fb's I noticed...I was wondering if there is a pocket dipe with a better fit for her, maybe I could start to sell my fb's to fund new ones? She is in a L FB...about 22 1/2 lbs... I would want snaps...I did get 2 L snap ez from ebay recently that fit here pretty well but I also like a bit of a narrower crotch. Sigh..love the fit of my own pattern but don't have the funds for a new snap press. I have about 10 Fb's, 2 snap ez, 1 FF(which I love but is also a bit baggy on her), 1 BG(good fit too but I hate the cheapy look of the fraying tabs) and the rest are all made by me.. any advice?

Re: shorter rise pockets?

For pockets with a lower rise i would suggest swaddlebees or maybe green acre designs pockets (GAD). these IMO are lower in the rise and a trim fitting diaper. HTH

Swaddlebees are almost like bikini underwear!

Re: shorter rise pockets?

My Wonderoos seem to be shorter in the rise. They are short enough that My dd has almost outgrown them and she weights 30#
We are on the last snap, if they were and inch or so longer in the rise she would fit really well into them.
The swaddlebees we have are also short (almost bikini like the other poster said) Mine are going for sale, they are too short and too narrow in the crotch for my heavy wetter.

Re: shorter rise pockets?

Harleyz makes some nice, trim thru the crotch pockets that are low rise. And side snap as an option
